PINTEREST FAVORITES | SEPTEMBER

I love so many things about this kitchen design! The greige paint color on the cabinets works so well with the aged brass fixtures, I really think this will be a timeless color palette. Lately I’ve been all about the clean feeling of running the same stone up to the cabinets as a backsplash. The traditional elements of the beadboard, faucet and lighting make this look one that will stand the test of time.

I love the layout of this bathroom because it is really unique. The way the shower is framed out as its own separate room is a nice change from the usual glass shower enclosures we always see. I will definitely be keeping this unique layout in mind for the future.

This kitchen by KT Marshall design is a dream. I love the look of the contrast island while still keeping the overall palette soft and neutral. The floors and the wood beams warm the space up to keep it from feeling too stark. Definitely kitchen goals 🙂

While I love white cabinetry, we have been seeing so much white for so long it is nice to start seeing some color come through lately. This color is a perfect shade of taupe that can blend seamlessly with other cool or warm tones throughout the home. I love mixing things up in a laundry room and the tile floor compliments the cabinetry color perfectly

This kitchen has everything I love, traditional wood details, gorgeous beams, black lanterns and a bright and airy feeling. I am really drawn to the way the dark countertops contrast with all of the light colors in the space. This is a look that will never go out of style.

Amber Interiors has a signature look you can spot a mile away and there is no doubt that this kitchen is one of her effortlessly cool designs. The best part of this look is that she has dark cabinets and dark countertops on the perimeter and yet still the space manages to be light and bright. That is no easy feat.

This kitchen manages to mix a lot of different tones and finishes and still look pulled together. I love the way the brass pendants tie in the brass elements of the stove while still mixing really well with the polished nickel fixtures. There is just enough balance between the light and the dark to create interest in this space. (Although I do wish the island was larger)

Custom cabinetry is the way to my heart and I absolutely love this kitchen pantry from the Magnolia Designer Showhouse. I love the way the beadboard detail from the backsplash continues on through the back of the pantry to make the design feel cohesive. I also love how the pantry has one clean door on the outside but inside is divided up to organize all of the contents neatly.

This kitchen is spectacular! Obviously the bones of the space are what initially creates the impact, but the finishes are selected so perfectly to finish it off. I love the simple open shelving on either side of the window which really lets that beautiful window be the focal point. I love the cut of the dark stone under the window as well. There is so much to love in this amazing space.

Here is another example of the timeless pairing of soft grey and antique brass. The design is so simple yet it has a huge impact. This photo is definitely making me all about the dark stone right now too.
